Reduce Stress By Managing Your Time Better

This post, on Christian Meditation & Relaxation is right on track.

A great point that deserves expansion is “If you feel you are going to have another busy day either at home or at work, always write down your tasks.”
To me, the most interesting aspect of this activity, was left out – when you make the list, it always seems less intimidating than it did bouncing around in your head! You feel more in control. You are, at once, more effective – because of how you feel!
So make the list! And then, break down some of the items into smaller items – divide and CONQUER!
